In creating Career Kaizen, we dissected the conventional career plan and development models. What we found was that career’s move more because of “did” than “do.” Based on “did”, most career options are limited to black & white choices: I did this, so my options are to continue doing it or do more of it in a more challenging environment.
We created a new career framework that uses PDCA platform for moving careers. Goodbye “did”!
Career Kaizen is customized to help you keep a watchful eye for improvement and progress in your career and life. It helps deepen commitment to your work by discovering choices to remake and expand it.
My best example of applying Career Kaizen in my own career is that for almost two decades my recruiting business took people out of companies. Now with Career Kaizen, I encourage them to stay and grow – but with different choices.
