Jim brings 30 years OEM and supplier manufacturing experience to his retained executive recruitment desk. Jim has placed over 600 manufacturing executives on four continents. He has been a student of the Toyota Production System for 24 years.
Kristi is your initial point of contact and will help you throughout the search process. She has an extensive background in building and managing talent networks and customer relations. Kristi manages the recruitment process, search assignment progress, feed-back and oversees data management, talent branding and special projects. In addition, Kristi has 18-years’ experience placing exceptional candidates in manufacturing and industrial based businesses.
Morgan has experience recruiting from the technical and professional level to the director and general manager level in various industrial and manufacturing industries. In addition, he has valuable knowledge of manufacturing processes acquired during his time at a national recruiting firm. Morgan’s experience with account management, and recruiter training and development will deliver exceptional talent results for all search levels.
Jenny is the expert data manager for Career Kaizen. Her role handles data integrity, compiles metrics, prepares essential reports, and supports competitive industry intelligence tracking. She also supports the team by overseeing the various aspects of scheduling and coordination between team members, clients, and talent to ensure efficiency. She also assists with branding, and social media management. Jenny holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from North Carolina State University.
