2. Is Career Kaizen an RPO?

No, Career Kaizen does not act as the Recruitment Process Outsourcing company. Rather, Career Kaizen serves as an internal Talent Acquisition team for a private equity firm. We strive to save time and money for all of our clients during the hiring process while delivering the innovative, long-term talent that companies need to reach their business growth objectives in the U.S. manufacturing market.

3. Is Career Kaizen a contingent or retained search firm?

Career Kaizen bills based on a flat fee model with half of the fee due to begin the search. We bill in two installments. The engagement fee is non-refundable. We guarantee that we’ll work the search to completion.

4. What is your guarantee period?

We offer a 90-day guarantee period and conduct assimilation interviews every 30-days from the start date. If there’s a problem, we work to find a resolution.

5. Do you only work in the manufacturing industry?

No. While we love manufacturing, we have successfully placed candidates in healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, and with some top tier consulting firms.
